Return under the right of withdrawal

1. Timeframe for Requesting a Return
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package to decide whether to keep or return the items in your order.

To start the return procedure, fill out the form available below by entering your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Follow the steps and you will receive the outcome of your request.

2. Return Shipping Deadline

The Customer is required to ship the Products within 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicated their decision to exercise their right of withdrawal.

3. Shipping methods for the return

You can choose between two options to return your items:

• ORGANIZED RETURN SERVICE via UPS courier
   

  • We manage the entire return process for you.

  • You will receive pre-filled labels and instructions by email once your return request has been completed.

  • A fixed fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs and any customs charges if you are returning an item from a non-EU country.

Instructions

• Arrange the return shipment with a courier of your choice; we recommend choosing an insured, trackable service.
• Shipping costs and any customs duties are at your expense.
• If you are shipping from a non-EU country to Italy, the customs clearance invoice must be issued to Calicantus S.r.l. (NOT to Fratelli Rossetti) and must show a value equal to that of the returned goods. Please note that each courier requires specific documentation for returning goods; it is your responsibility to comply with these requirements and complete all documents accurately and in accordance with the sales documentation in your possession.
• Non-compliant returns:
  If the return does not meet these conditions, it cannot be accepted and will be sent back to the sender, with costs charged to you.
  
  4. Preparing the Return

• Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are in perfect condition.

• Include a copy of the sales invoice inside the package.

• Hand the shipment over to the courier you selected, or—if you are using our dedicated return service—for shipments from outside the EU, attach the return document received along with the shipping label to the outside of the package.
  
  5. Refund

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to complete the purchase, within 14 days from the date the return is received and checked for compliance at our warehouse.

• Fratelli Rossetti may refuse unauthorized or non-compliant returns, or those lacking complete documentation, which may result in the refund not being issued.
